7 Day Forecast
Hello South Jersey! We should see improving weather as the day goes on after a soaking on Monday. Officially at the Atlantic City International Airport we picked up 2.05 inches of rainfall on Monday, which was a record for the date. We still have some showers and drizzle across the area this morning as an area of low pressure, actually the remnant center of what was Hurricane Delta, is parked right off the coast of Cape May. We also see a cold front quickly approaching from the west. That front should help to kick the low and moisture off the coast later this morning, so we dry out and could even see some breaks of sunshine this afternoon.
The rest of the work week looks dry for the most part Thursday we see a warm southerly flow pushing temperatures into the upper 70s for one day. Another cold front could bring some more showers by Friday night followed by a shot of much cooler weather as we head into the weekend. Have a great Tuesday!
