More Record Warmth Today!
After setting a record high of 77 degrees at A.C. Airport in Pomona yesterday, we are looking to break another record today. High temperatures will once again climb into the mid to upper 70's which should easily surpass the old record of 72 degrees for this day set back in 2011. High pressure continues to keep the skies clear and the temps unseasonably warm right on through the middle of the upcoming week. Clouds will start to build in as early as Tuesday night and we are looking for rain to follow late Wednesday into Thursday. Rain will be fueled by Tropical Storm Eta churning in the Gulf of Mexico, so we could see rain totals of 1-2" and even the outside. chance of a thunderstorm on Thursday. Temperatures will look to return to a more seasonable level for Friday and next weekend.
