Slowly Warming Up!
After an active couple of days in the weather department it's time to catch our breath and enjoy a few days of rather tranquil weather. Today will be the coldest day this week with high temperatures just a few degrees above freezing and then we drop back into the upper teens overnight tonight. But with high pressure in control we will see a fair amount of sunshine today and that should last right into the day Saturday. Speaking of the weekend we should see temperatures return to near normal levels, which for this time of year is 45 degrees. Those areas that saw some snow over the last couple days will watch it begin to melt away, especially on Sunday as we climb into the mid to upper 40s. More cold air is waiting in the wings for next week though and winter officially arrives as well on December 21st. Have a great weekend South Jersey!!
