South Jersey Soaking!
After quite an extended period of dry weather South Jersey finally saw a widespread soaking rain over the last 24 hours. Closer to the coast saw less than inland areas where some locations picked up over 3 inches of rain! That precipitation is moving off the coast this morning as a cold front has now swept through the region. We will see improving weather as we go through the day with sunshine returning by this afternoon.
A nice day is on the way for Thursday with seasonable highs in the low to mid 70s. Another cold front and low pressure area will bring some more showers on Friday, along with even cooler weather as highs struggle to reach the mid 60s with overnight lows dropping into the 40s.
