So the warmup began yesterday as we finally topped the 50 degree mark and we should be into the mid to even upper 50s on this Friday with mostly sunny skies once again. As we look ahead to the weekend neither day is a washout, but you may be dodging some showers from time to time. Saturday a weak impulse could trigger a few showers in the morning, and then as a cold front approaches we could see another round of showers overnight into early Sunday morning. Once those clear out most of Sunday will be dry with a mixture of clouds and sunshine.
Looking down the road we will be watching two storm systems for next week The first will likely bring another round of rain on Monday. The second system could be a coastal storm that will bear some watching in the Wednesday/Thursday time frame. It is too early to make a call on the exact track of this storm and how much cold air there may be to work with, but this storm could bring another round of rain, or even some snow, to parts of South Jersey. We will continue to monitor this storm and bring you updates over the next few days. Until then enjoy a mild weekend on the way!
