Weekly Weather Planner - Jan. 17-23
After a relatively quiet week weather wise there is more of the same on tap for the next seven days. Temperatures generally remaining slightly above normal and very little precipitation (or none at all) is forecast in the week ahead. Sunday through Tuesday look for partly to mostly sunny skies with temperatures in the mid 40's. There will be breezy sometimes gusty winds each day with gusts over 30mph possible on Sunday. Wednesday turns a bit colder as a cold front move through, high temperatures on Wednesday will remain in the upper 30's. Thursday is our best chance of seeing any precipitation. A warm front pushes into our region from the south and brings with it some additional clouds. Those clouds may squeeze out a few drops of rain or a few early flakes of snow. High temperatures return to the mid 40's both Thursday and Friday before another weak cold front brings chillier weather for the start of next weekend.
